RAGGED HILL CIDERS are made in small batches, exclusively from apples that we grow, press, ferment and bottle here at Ragged Hill Orchards.   Our goal is to produce ciders that are a true expression of the apples and the place where they are grown.  We currently offer two styles of cider.

TRADITIONAL DRY

  • 6.4% alcohol by volume
  • Dry, crisp, refreshing, lightly carbonated
  • Little to no residual sugar
  • Blend of Baldwin, Cortland, McIntosh and Gala apples
  • All apples are grown, pressed, fermented and bottled at Ragged Hill Orchard in West Brookfield, MA
  • No sugars added
  • Naturally gluten free
  • Available in 750ml bottles

 

TRADITIONAL SEMI-DRY

  • 5% alcohol by volume
  • Aromatic and full bodied with flavors of ripe fruit, lightly carbonated
  • Some residual sugars impart a light sweetness
  • Blend of Baldwin, Cortland, McIntosh and Gala apples
  • All apples are grown, pressed, fermented and bottled at Ragged Hill Orchard in West Brookfield, MA
  • No sugars added
  • Naturally gluten free
  • Available in 750ml bottles,
